What is a Good Book Blog Comment?

A “good” book blog post:

• is written in full sentences, with full words and no abbreviations, (not like texting).

• has a title and a salutation (This comment by . . .).

• is organized and makes sense for the reader.

• has correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

• does not include ANY derogatory, rude, harmful or inappropriate language.

• considers internet safety and does not refer to any students by name or class

o When you write your comment you will sign off using your first and last initial and then your class. (So I would write CR Lib)

o All comments are moderated, which means that before they are posted on the blog, they come to my personal email and I read them through to make sure they are appropriate.

  1. Hunger Games By: Susan Collins

This book was a thriller. It was a book about a boy named Petta and a girl named Catniss. They went to district 12 which is a wide area that many districts will go to once a year to battle till the death. I found this book boring for the fist couple chapters. I also thought it was interesting and exciting in the middle and end. I think it would apeal to most people because it is action packed, suspensful and a bit of a love story.
